To receive refund you need
In order to receive your UK income tax refund you need:

- P45/ P60 forms, Subcontractor Monthly Statement and/or final pay slips from each of your foreign employers;
Copy of your passport;

- From P45 – is the document, which is issued by your employer when you leave employment. It states your total income and total taxes till the date left.

- Form P60 - is the document, which is issued by the employer in the end of tax year. It shows your total earnings and total taxes paid during the tax year. Subcontractor Monthly Statement if registered under Construction Industry Scheme and are self-employed.

Subcontractor Monthly Statement are issued by your contractor in the end of every month.
